Bacharach in 2000

Burt Freeman Bacharach (May 12, 1928 – February 8, 2023) was an American composer, singer, songwriter, and music producer. He wrote many hit songs. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri. He won three Academy Awards, two Golden Globe Awards, two Grammy Awards and one BAFTA Award during his career.

Bacharach died on February 8, 2023 at his Los Angeles home from natural causes. He was 94 years old.[2][3]
