Giampiero Boniperti (4 July 1928 – 18 June 2021) was an Italian football player and politician. He played for Juventus and Italy national team. A politician, he was a member of the European Parliament from 1994 until 1999.
Boniperti died on 18 June 2021 in Turin from heart failure, aged 92.[1]
