Salah Shehade was a member of the Hamas movement and he was the leader of the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, until he was killed in a airstrike by the Israel Defense Forces.[1][2][3][4] The airstrike killed 15 civilians (including 7 children) and injured around 50-150 people.[5][6][7]
