The Best Years of Our Lives (also known as Glory for Me and Home Again) is a 1946 American drama movie directed by William Wyler and was based on the novella Glory for Me by MacKinlay Kantor. It stars Myrna Loy, Fredric March, Dana Andrews, Teresa Wright, Virginia Mayo, Cathy O'Donnell, Hoagy Caramichael, Harold Russell, Gladys George, Steve Cochran, Howland Chamberlain and won 7 Academy Awards in 1947. It was distributed by RKO Radio Pictures.
