Jaffal (Persian: جفال, also Romanized as Jaffāl)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Jaffal Rural District of the Central District of Shadegan County, Khuzestan province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 454 in 66 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 749 people in 172 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 808 people in 295 households.[2]
