Eunice Newton Foote
→Research: the claim being made in her second paper is obviously totally spurious and it is likely she was observing the accumulation of static charge due to triboelectric effects in the apparatus which would be completely unrelated to the pressure of the air in the chamber she was using.

the old picture is superior in practically every regard. newer, higher resolution, closer to the subject, NOT BLURRY. there is no reason whatever to continue using the old picture.

Undid revision 959211098 by XLinkBot (talk) I think the inclusion of this link is appropriate and useful. If an actual person rather than a bot has a problem with it, fine, but it's clearly directly relevant to the article.Tags: Undoreverting anti-vandal bot

Eunice Newton Foote
→Research: The supposition that Foote discovered or characterized the greenhouse effect is completely unfounded. Nowhere in her paper does any reference appear to the mechanism of the greenhouse effect. This is like claiming Lockyer "discovered fusion" because he was the first to identify helium in the sun.

List of people killed for being transgender
→United States: The title of this article is "List of UNLAWFULLY killed transgender people". Neither of these two individuals were unlawfully killed. The first person slashed responding officers with a knife and the second advanced on campus police with a weapon.

→Setbacks: This is not a "setback". Loss of the center core of FH did not stop production, launches, or other mission operations in any way. There is nothing remarkable about the loss of this first stage compared to the loss of any other landing attempt. Information should go on the FH launch page, not here.

→Talk on gender discrimination: Motl did not leave Harvard due to a "sexism" controversy. That piece of information in the article seems to be entirely fabricated so far as I can tell. He was forced out due to repeated vituperative attacks on fellow physicists' scientific claims.
