There's way too much promotional content on this article. Much of it is weakly sourced to press releases and primary sources. Before cleaning up there were multiple infoboxes (telling about the clients of the services) and the whole article was a mess. --Lemongirl942 (talk) 01:26, 5 May 2016 (UTC)
@Lemongirl942: Let's talk about the history of the article for a moment. This started out as an article about ContentBridge, it was never meant to be an article about GDMG. During and AfD discussion, the result was to Merge with GoDigital Music Group, the funding vehicle.[1] (The closing editor said, "The result was merge to Amplify (distributor) (or alternative target)." Amplify is a subsidiary partner, not the parent, so we wind up here.)
There is no guidance that I can find on multiple infoboxes and multiples are used quite liberally throughout the Wikipedia. The infoboxes for the individual companies were in the article, because the plan is to break them out into individual articles later as press coverage allows. (These firms are not small players.)
Besides your misuse of the advert template and with the exception of removing the USC research project from the Adshare section and the complete removal of Cinq Music your version of the article seems fine. (Per WP:N#NCONTENT not all content must pass notability and WP:SELFSOURCE tells us non-controversial content can be used.)
As for press releases and the USC content, I don't see how citing USC violates WP:SELFSOURCE, it is a simple fact and description. Press releases are usable dependent upon the context.
As for the infoboxes, I need a place to make non-controversial edits for personnel changes and business partnering, etc. Making factual changes are within the COI/Paid guidelines. I'm suggesting this infobox...
@009o9: Up to date information like this is supposed to be on the organisation's website and not on Wikipedia. I'm not sure what value does it add to the article. --Lemongirl942 (talk) 04:11, 5 May 2016 (UTC)
@009o9: I understand your point of view that the information should be included in the page. But per WP:IINFO, not everything about a company is worth including, even if it may be true. (For Cinq Music, I only found 1 reliable source which discussed it a bit). For content inside an article, we go by WP:WEIGHT where the amount of content should be proportional to the amount of coverage in reliable independent sources. --Lemongirl942 (talk) 04:35, 5 May 2016 (UTC)
@Lemongirl942: Please read WP:NNC with the understanding that FACTS have nothing to do with "viewpoints" addressed in WP:DUE (also WP:WEIGHT). Cinq Music, the USC research and other topics are facts, there is nothing that requires them to be notable because they are not the subject of the article, one reference proves the FACT. If you want an additional source, the customary to do it is inline, or discuss on the talk page, not by section blanking. 009o9Disclosure(Talk)05:34, 5 May 2016 (UTC)
draft rewrite in userspace
@Lemongirl942:Here is a draft of what I'd like see [2] maintains most of your edits to date, Restores the USC research content and Cinq section. Also works in content that has been sitting on this talk page since October. Also adds an infobox for VidaPrimo, there isn't much to write about it so no separate section yet. 009o9Disclosure(Talk)10:29, 5 May 2016 (UTC)
