An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2022–23 Super Smash (men's cricket), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Nathan Smith. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Hi - If adding new players to player lists, please leave the stats empty. Don't add "1" appearance for example, as it is not correct as of the "last updated" (they had not played a game as of that date. Unless updating the table in full of course. Bs1jac (talk) 21:56, 5 April 2023 (UTC)
Hello RoboCric, hope you are doing well. I have been an editor on Wikipedia for the past 12 years and I had just created this article a few minutes ago. This article is about the the final of one of the most popular sports event in the world which is the Cricket World Cup. Moreover, this article is not about a future sports event which will take place 4-5 years from now, but in just a few months. I am also in the process of making major addition and changes to it and I had specifically added a template for that. I would sincerely request you and be very thankful if you could withdraw this deletion discussion request from your side so that I can continue in editing and in improving the article further. Thank you. TheGeneralUser (talk) 16:19, 12 April 2023 (UTC)

Hello RoboCric, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Draft:Chop Hup Chong, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Not unambiguously promotional. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 15:57, 26 April 2023 (UTC)
An article you recently created, Luco van der Walt, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three, to be safe. And please remember that interviews, as primary sources, do not count towards GNG.(?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.Onel5969 TT me 10:10, 28 April 2023 (UTC)
I have written a new article and submitted it to the draft namespace. I have provided reliable sources for the content. Could you please help me with improving it? Poojasrireddy (talk) 06:34, 5 June 2023 (UTC)

i don't understand how it fails to meet Wikipedia:NCRIC, when there a lot of pages of non-test players. Enough references are provided to the article including the statistics and the competition the player has played in. Cric editor (talk) 09:57, 27 September 2023 (UTC)

Hi @RoboCric, thank you for your review of the article of Draft:Kosuke Sogo. Just wanted to clarify your comment "The sources do not contain independent coverage about the person."
I've checked the article Wikipedia:Independent sources, but missed to see any of the sources not being independent from the person. Would you be able to point me in the right direction?
Thank you so much! Chrisluzw (talk) 07:13, 15 December 2023 (UTC)
Can you quote the criterion that was not met for it to qualify as an unfit article. That would be helpful in future cases. Cric editor (talk) 19:36, 19 December 2023 (UTC)
I think The Woolpack cricket ground would have been fine. It seems preferred by most people in the discussion. — BarrelProof (talk) 16:39, 9 January 2024 (UTC)
