I don't believe this article meets the notability guideline for people; from my searches, there appears to be very little coverage of Henderson in reliable secondary sources. Apart from the two news sources already cited in the article, I can only find a small handful of articles published around 2011 about his bankruptcy,^[1]^[2]^[3] and absolutely nothing since that time. Comment There is a property developer in Christchurch of the same name who is rather notable. The Christchurch guy went broke a year earlier. I remember looking up the Auckland developer back then and recall that I could find articles about him. But if they don’t exist any longer and the article is in poor shape (which it is), then it’s best to nuke it. Schwede 66 17:46, 27 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
