I don't believe this article meets the notability guideline for people; from my searches, there appears to be very little coverage of Henderson in reliable secondary sources. Apart from the two news sources already cited in the article, I can only find a small handful of articles published around 2011 about his bankruptcy,[1][2][3] and absolutely nothing since that time.
