Westboro does use the term, but I don't see that it in itself has any notability beyond WBC. Can't find any sources discussing the importance of the phrase itself - the only references I find are in relation to WBC's campaign. Even so, it's only one of dozens of phrases WBC uses, so it doesn't seem that this phrase has specific independent notability. I'm also concerned with the BLP issue.
