Contested prod. This article is a mess of weasel words ("Many industry experts"), original research ("In the UK home ownership is seen as both desirable and essential, as a natural step in the life cycle") and unsourced statements, and discusses a concept which obviously exists in every country in the world solely as it relates to the UK.
