Prodded article, where tag was removed. The article covers people "that share common lineage involving Ecuador and Greece", without suggesting why such an ethnic group would be be notable. One could imagine a near-infinite number of X-Y-ians, so there should probably be a reason for this article if we are to keep it. This particular grouping would appear to be non-notable (nothing to the contrary found via google), and the fact that "Ecuador contains a tiny community of Greek-Ecuadorians" is already mentioned in Demographics of Ecuador.
