• Delete, the athlete has been covered entirely for his death, which while tragic, falls under WP:BLP1E. Otherwise, the subject fails WP:NTRACK. Also, Masten Wanjala is obviously only notable for being a serial killer, you will get media coverage if you kill a dozen people and drink their blood, it's why we have an article on Jeffrey Dahmer.
