  - It would be a rather large assumption for us (WP Editors) to assume the first of anything is insignificant. That would imply a reliance on a overall WP:BIGNUMBER, but if it is the only instance,(ie. unique), the amount of notability would then be more significant. And yes, that was a Keep.     - Not every first thing is insignificant. The first person to set foot on the Moon is notable. The first person to reach the North Pole is notable.
