I agree that he doesn't meet WP:NBOX, but I basing my Keep vote on the fact that it passes WP:GNG - with full length features in NPR, China News and ESPN over a period of six months. Uninitiated keep by WP:GNG. Dropping a few Chinese ((Find sources)) for the good people here. His major call to notability, from my uninitiated eyes, seems to be a controversial KO that went viral. [1] Reportedly he was well under the general boxing radar before this.
