The article is currently a dictionary entry (a list of meanings of a term), and Wikipedia is not a dictionary. I do not see any way an article with this title could be turned into a proper Wikipedia, encyclopedic article.

• Leaning keep as a WP:DABCONCEPT for multiple not-unrelated meanings of the term. I think this is similar to Time limit, and could conceive of these being combined into a more substantial article about the human phenomenon of setting periods of time for the duration or accomplishment of tasks.
