Previously deleted per Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The E.N.D. (The Energy Never Dies) (2nd nomination) but relisting as content is not substantially identical. Still, delete per WP:V, WP:NOR and WP:CRYSTAL and comments in previous AFD. The band have not yet started recording the album and nothing else is known aside from the title.
