Automatic, Supervised, or Manual: Supervised

Programming language(s): Python

Source code available: pywikipedia with a special driver on top to do the replacing. source code for the driver

Function overview: Does a search of all links for the old Akita Shoten site structure and changes the links to follow their newer organizational structure with a simple search/replace.

Links to relevant discussions (where appropriate): Wikipedia:Bot_requests#akitashoten.co.jp_needs_links_need_update

Edit period(s): One time run

Estimated number of pages affected: 38

Exclusion compliant (Yes/No): No

Already has a bot flag (Yes/No): Yes

Function details: Uses the linksearch to look for the old structure format, replaces the format with the new one in a simple search/replace, Saves the page only once when all the replacements are done. Not exclusion compliant as we're fixing effectively dead links. Once this is ran, we shouldn't need to re-run it. Excluding pages like botreq, Archives, AfDs, etc as I learned in the previous task.
