Delete per my strict interpretation of WP:UBCR. In principle I don’t like the idea of suppressing speech under the reasons given by the nom (except in unambiguously extreme cases) since the rationale is potentially abusable but I agree that stuff like that has no connection to editing and is thus unnecessary.
