Suspicious and unverifiable claim that this is PD and "documented by a state official". I asked the uploader a few weeks ago to forward this information to OTRS, yet there is no indication that the user has done so or is willing to do so. The bottom of the Arkansas governor's website (the authors of the image, as Huckabee used to be governor of Arkansas) clearly says "© 2007 ... All rights reserved." Per the above, a dubious claim that permission has been obtained from a state official for use, but has not been forwarding to OTRS by the uploader for verification purposes.
