Need proof the uploader holds the copyright to the album cover. Rockfang (talk) 05:33, 9 April 2008 (UTC)
No evidence on source page that image is free; if we do have permission it needs to be lodged with OTRS. Stifle (talk) 09:50, 9 April 2008 (UTC)
This image is derived from a non-free logo. The uploader claims that "by changing its color and several details", "this now qualifies as [his] own work", and he has applied the ((self|cc-by-sa-3.0)) tag. I believe that this is legally incorrect (and the original copyright remains in effect). —David Levy 14:09, 9 April 2008 (UTC)

No evidence that uploader is copyright holder. Uploader also has history of hoax-making. Ten Pound Hammer and his otters • (Broken clamshells•Otter chirps) 18:54, 9 April 2008 (UTC)
