• PriceTae, the uploader, is the subject of the picture and they took the picture? None of the claims here make sense. The rightful copyright owner is tagged and some slight digging reveals he is a Jack Mannings. PriceTae also has another clear copyvio image uploaded where he claims he, "Taye Reeves", is the author when they clearly just downscaled an image they found from the internet. • Description reads:

"Photo by B.C. Parks, permission to use given to Roland Neave, contributor to Hobson Lake article" However, it is tagged as self-cc-by, and the description implies that this is false, because Roland Neave is not the copyright holder, and it looks like B.C. Parks only gave permission to use it on Wikipedia, not permission to release it under cc-by. Acather96 (talk) 07:49, 19 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

• Hold for a few days - I have changed the template based on the text and asked the uploader to clarify what kind of permission was received from "B.C. Parks". As this is a good faith user with a good upload history, who is still active, I would ask that any other admin hold off on doing anything until the user has a chance to respond. When a user who generally has a good upload history and who is still active on Wikipedia has an image upload that might have a correctable problem (ie, it's not just downloaded from some random website), it is helpful to leave a personal message, not a template, clarifying exactly what it is that needs to be done. --B (talk) 13:07, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
