Nezashema has been created solely to re-create Draft:Atto Abbas, a hoax football player which has repeatedly been deleted (and SALTed). Solomon Joe and his various sockpuppets have solely edited regarding Atto Abbas. The IP 45.156.29.58 should also be the same person, judging by their contributions on Wikidata. Also, I don't know if this is the correct location to ask for this, but is it possible to block the IPs + various sock puppets throughout all of the Wikipedias? They keep creating Atto Abbas throughout various languages (Cebuano, French, Kurdish, Simple Wikipedia). Given that Atto Abbas is SALTed here on en.wiki, there isn't an issue on this specific project.
