The 1997 All-Ireland Senior B Football Championship was the eighth edition of the All-Ireland Senior B Football Championship, the second tier Gaelic football competition introduced by the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) in 1990.[1]
The competition ended in victory for Louth, who defeated Clare in the final at Ballinasloe by three points.[2]
