On May 15, 2023, a mass shooting occurred in the Brookside Park area of Farmington, New Mexico, United States.

Details

Three civilians have been confirmed dead, while six other people were injured, including two police officers. An 18-year-old suspect reported to have two "pistol-type weapons" was killed by police.[1] The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) said in a tweet at 12:55 p.m. that they were "assisting with a report of a mass shooting" in Farmington.[2][3]
