On March 23, 2024, the Somali Armed Forces base of Busley in Gobolka Shabeellaha Hoose of Lower Shabelle was attacked by Al-Shabaab insurgents killing seven soldiers with ten insurgents killed in the shootout.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5]^[6]^[7]
