Dmitry Fomin or Dmitri Fomine (Russian: Дмитрий Фомин; born 21 January 1968) is a Russian former volleyball player. He was part of the Soviet Union men's national volleyball team that won the bronze medal at the 1990 FIVB World Championship.[1] He was part of the Unified Team at the 1992 Summer Olympics and the Russian team at the 1996 Summer Olympics.[2][3] He also participated at the 1994 FIVB World Championship representing Russia.[4] Fomin won the MVP award at the 1991 World Cup and 1995 World League.[5]
