I do think the 1996–97 Cyclone Phil warrants mention somewhere among the storm SIAs, and so I have added a 'see also' for it to the article of a similar name: List of storms named Phyllis. The name Phil has been used once to name a tropical cyclone in the Australian region. It has also been used to name a European windstorm.

In the Australian region:

Cyclone Phil – long-lived tropical cyclone which impacted Australia.

In Europe:

Storm Bettina – extratropical cyclone that affect Eastern and Southern Europe.
