Edgar "Egay" Macaraya is a retired Filipino professional basketball player and former collegiate coach.
Macaraya played for San Sebastian Stags and won multiple championships. In his short tenure in Philippine Basketball Association, he played for Pop Cola/Sarsi Sizzlers and Sta. Lucia Realtors.[1]
Macaraya coached the CEU Scorpions before coaching his alma mater San Sebastian.[1][2] He was replaced in 2023.[3]
