Glebovo (Russian: Глебово) is a rural locality (Russian: село, lit. 'village') in Gostomlyansky Selsoviet Rural Settlement, Medvensky District, Kursk Oblast, Russia. Population: 12 (2010 Census);[2] 34 (2002 Census);[8]
The village is located on the Reut River (a left tributary of the Seym), 51 km (32 mi) from the Russia–Ukraine border, 37.5 km (23.3 mi) south-west of Kursk, 23 km (14 mi) north-west of the district center – the urban-type settlement Medvenka, 5 km (3.1 mi) from the selsoviet center – 1st Gostomlya.[9]
Glebovo has a warm-summer humid continental climate (Dfb in the Köppen climate classification).
Glebovo is located 20 km (12 mi) from the federal route M-2 Crimea Highway (a part of the European route E105), 2.5 km (1.6 mi) from the road of regional importance 38K-004 (Dyakonovo – Sudzha – border with Ukraine), 1 km (0.62 mi) from the road of intermunicipal significance 38H-096 (38K-004 – Tarasovo),[10] 20 km (12 mi) from the nearest railway halt 439 km[11] (railway line Lgov I — Kursk).
