Joanie Delgaco (born March 1, 1998[1]) is a Filipino rower.
She would qualify for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris via the Asian & Oceania Qualification Regatta. She is the first ever female rower to qualify under the Philippines in the Olympics.[2][3]
Hailing from Iriga, Camarines Sur,[4][5] she is also an enlisted personnel of the Philippine Navy.[6]
