Johnny Panic are an alternative rock band from London, England, formed in 2002.
Founded in 2002, Johnny Panic were soon in the public eye with a brand of rock music inspired by bands such as The Clash and The Jam, focussed on observation of and comment on society. Following the release of several singles, the band's debut album 'The Violent Dazzling' was released to critical acclaim in 2005. Following the album's release, bassist Nash Francis left the band to be replaced by Sean Mannion. Work on a second album began, with an early 2007 release pencilled in. In 2005 their track I Live For was used in the soundtrack to the video game 'Test Drive Unlimited'.
