Kapkan (Persian: كپكان, also Romanized as Kapkān and Kabkan; also known as Koopkan and Kūpkan)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Miankuh Rural District of Chapeshlu District, Dargaz County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 192 in 64 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 209 people in 48 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 157 people in 43 households.[2]
