Module:Location map/data/Africa is a location map definition used to overlay markers and labels on a Lambert azimuthal equal-area projection map of Africa. The markers are placed by latitude and longitude coordinates on the default map or a similar map image.

These definitions are used by the following templates when invoked with parameter "Africa":

• ((Location map~|Africa |...))

• name = Africa

  Name used in the default map caption

• image = Africa location map.svg

  Alternative map image which can be displayed via the AlternativeMap parameter

The map displayed as image1 can be used with the relief or AlternativeMap parameters. The map displayed as image2 can be used with the AlternativeMap parameter.
