Oshtoran (Persian: اشتران), also Romanized as Ashtaran and Oshtaran; also known as Ashtarān,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Khorram Rud Rural District of the Central District of Tuyserkan County, Hamadan province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,328 in 365 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,291 people in 401 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,074 people in 362 households.[2]
