Prespa Agreement
Term "Republic of Macedonia" was not allowed from beginning, even from 1993 and 1995, and for Greece country was accepted only as a "Second Part". (Generally, It was the second time in the history of public international law (NO NAMES POLICY), and a first time was the agreement between them concluded in 1995.)

Prespa Agreement
In that treaty Greece accepted only "Second Part", and NOT official "Republic of Macedonia", and Greece than became a "First Part", so to say above "Republic of Macedonia" is again wrong ( "Republic of Macedonia" became prohibited term) . All in all, its apparently legally very dubious treaty, but its another story.

Prespa Agreement
In the moment of conclusion name of the country was not North Macedonia, so I put it brackets. Agreement did not had legal effects before Constitution was changed next year, so the name of Second Part was not North Macedonia, but Republic of Macedonia officially. All that gives add. doubts about legality.
