Gibaris of Pakistan once ruled over Sultanate of Swat extending from Ningarhar in Afghanistan to Jehlum in Indian subcontinent. Bajaur massacre
There weren't any Pashtun living in Bajaur during the time of Sultan Mir Haider Gibari. He was a Gibari ruler belonging to the same family of neighboring Gibari Sultans of Swat. Pashtuns came later.
