Bio-FET
The caption was originally incorrect. The reference was for graphene FETs (which was not relevant to the figure) and it said that the polymer is used to conduct current, when in fact this is the purpose of the semiconductor.

Bio-FET
→Function of Bio-FET: Restructured text to make it more readable, and deleted some text to make it more accurate (e.g. the recognition element is not the transducer, the transducer is the semiconductor device)

ISFET
Inserted the IS-FET schematic which for some reason had been placed previously on the Bio-FET wiki-page

Bio-FET
A FET that has not been functionalised to be specific to a molecule is NOT a BioFET. The schematic is of an ISFET so I've moved ISFET references to the ISFET page.

Bio-FET
Changed "field effect transistor" to consistent usage of "field-effect transistor" (either is OK, but it should be consistent within the article)

Bio-FET
BioFET is a general term for detection of charged molecules, not just biomolecules, therefore I have made edits to reflect this. (The 'bio' part of the word is similar to the term 'biosensor' as defined by IUPAC i.e. not just for biomolecules)
