Adrian Frederik Smith - is this verifiable? --PopUpPirate 22:35, August 7, 2005 (UTC)
"Adrian Smith is among the finest musicians of rock.He knows where to put certain harmonies, his legato is very smooth and fast,he's one of those guys that plays a lot of notes but doesn't waste any. He has many varied solos and also uses blues structure in his songs. No one can't deny his influence on Rock and specially Metal after 3 decades of contributing music to these genres."
As well as being poorly written this does NOT belong in an encyclopedia
Someone should note that after Seventh Son, a song he and Dickinson had been working on made it into the next album (Hooks in You I think???) - so technically that should be listed as part of the discography or something I think.

What's the source of this?
"Adrian has a wife named Natalie, and three children, son Dylan Smith (born in 1989) and twin daughters Natasha Smith and Britney Smith (born in 1991)" brucethegreat 5:30 Aug 23, 2006
He mentions his wife on the making of number of the beast DVD (The Elfoid 01:06, 19 November 2006 (UTC))

Should it be noted somewhere in his Guitars section that his custom Jackson strat-esque guitar has been stolen recently? I'm not sure it would be under the scope of the article or not, but Maiden/Smith did ask on their site that people be notified. That's really only a side benefit, really, as I it of note, I think, to say if a one of a kind guitar is stolen. I don't know, let me know what you all think.--68.186.61.144 (talk) —Preceding undated comment was added at 04:36, 7 August 2008 (UTC)
Wanted to suggest ways of delivering instrument to owner, which would seem to have everything to do with Pan, called the Horned God, the Goat-Foot God, and the Life Force of the World. There could possibly be a series of courses to be taken, and steps to follow. Osiris75.204.74.121 (talk) 17:39, 15 December 2010 (UTC)

According to the guidelines for musician infoboxes, we should only list "Particularly noteworthy models or custom musical instruments with which the artist is strongly associated" under "notable instruments". Instead we have a list of nearly every guitar Adrian has ever used, which is clearly taking the definition of "notable" very loosely. In my opinion, his signature Jackson definitely meets the criteria as do, possibly, the Strats and Les Pauls, given that he has used these the most often. As for the others, I think these probably shouldn't be listed, given that he has used comparatively fewer of these compared to the Fenders and Les Pauls. In any case, I'd rather a consensus was reached on the subject rather than just go with my own opinion.--Nerdtrap (talk) 19:04, 2 November 2014 (UTC)
