Since Martinez was acquitted of the charges, I suggest that this article be deleted because of the BLP issues. Another article, Deaths of Phillip Esposito and Louis Allen already contains all of the same information plus more. Cla68 (talk) 00:35, 24 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
