Proposal to merge with the broadway article for now[edit]

Because the film is in the negotiation stage and its a small article it could be merged with the broadway musical's article. (talk) 08:52, 21 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

There is really nothing to merge. It would be a simple matter to add 1 or 2 sentences to the musical article saying "a film version is planned" with the few verifiable details and cite a source. That would not require a "merge". --IllaZilla (talk) 15:08, 22 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Keep it where it is[edit]

It is almost 100% going to be made and it is entirely unknown if it will be based on the musical or not. Plus...does it really hurt anyone? Alex Lonaker (talk) 02:26, 22 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please read WP:NFF and WP:CRYSTAL. We do not assume that things are "almost 100% going to be made" when they are barely even in the "initial negotiations" stage. Also, if it's "entirely unknown if it will be based on the musical or not", then we have absolutely nothing to say about it. "Does it really hurt anyone?" is not even an argument. --IllaZilla (talk) 15:05, 22 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
