He plays five-eighth for Melbourne, Centre for Queensland, Wing for Australia, has played at full-back a number of times for the Storm and seems to slot in there within games when Billy Slater plays a more ball-playing role. Utility back would seem to do him a disservice. Alexsanderson83 07:47, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

I don't know where to put this, but can someone please re-check this page and cut the crap? "In Australian culture, a handshake agreement between men is believed to be as respectable and as binding as a written legal document. The fact Inglis reneged on a handshake agreement with the Broncos caused a large deal of backlash in his adopted home state of Queensland." This is beyond stupid and makes me sick, especially with ZERO facts supporting it. Also Where is the PROOF that the broncos let go Falou to get Inglis? There is NONE! I am a Broncos fan, but this article is way too one sided! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 190.131.0.222 (talk) 04:07, 15 February 2011 (UTC)
User:Gibson Flying V has just added what Inglis' cousin thinks on the matter.
This stuff is NOT encyclopaedic. It's media pap. Too much of it already in the article.
I reverted the change. Gibson Flying V put it back with an Edit summary telling the world that it's "nothing but relevant". Obviously no debate is possible there, and I don't want an Edit war. Do we all really think that the home state argument is THAT important? Remember that this is a global encyclopaedia. I doubt if the world really cares. HiLo48 (talk) 03:43, 23 July 2013 (UTC)
If there were a rule that states biographical articles should only use sources from outside the subject's home country you'd have the ghost of a point.--Gibson Flying V (talk) 04:17, 23 July 2013 (UTC)
