It would seem appropriate to add links to pages listing hard money lenders, just as many articles discussing businesses, organizations or other types of institutions will link to relevant references. Several lists of lenders can be found online at http://dmoz.org/Business/Real_Estate/Commercial/Lenders/ and http://blog.c-loans.com/public/blog/78861. --Randfish 19:16, 28 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Relative content restored. :-)

I changed OTC to FDIC. I believe OTC is an error and does not stand for any U.S. federal government bank regulatory agency. If this change was in error, will someone please correct it. Anomalocaris 07:45, 7 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This change is not correct. The FDIC does not charter Commercial Banks, they are an insurance agency for Commercial Banks. The correct agency is the OCC (Office of Comptroller of Currency). This should be corrected.

A hard money lender, see hard money for explantion of hard money. For more info, call 1st American Direct Lending at 361-790-5000.
