"The game was intended for the N64's 64DD add-on, but became a N64 Game Pak after the add-on failed." - N64 Game Pak what? Feels like there's a word missing there. I realise it's the term for the cartridge, but that left me lost until I actually clicked on the link.
I know it's integral to the article's subject matter, but the term "player" or "players" is used rather a lot in places.
I don't really see how this is a problem. It doesn't strike me as repetitive and in most cases it's the easiest way to describe the game's aspects. For instance, "Players can adjust the difficulty level and control Kirby, King Dedede, Adeleine, or Waddle Dee" would look weird if we changed it to "The difficulty level can be adjusted and Kirby, King Dedede, Adeleine, or Waddle Dee can be controlled." "Power Combos were created to enhance Kirby's abilities and experiment what would happen if copy abilities were mixed.[5]" - Again, feels like there's a word missing.
