I would like to delete this entire subsection. It amounts to a complicated explanation of something simple - externalising costs. Also, it's completely free of citations. Arguably it's WP:OR. MrDemeanour (talk) 13:54, 8 September 2018 (UTC)

Is there a particular reason? Why isn't the page Spamming the category Cyber crime for example? I couldn't find any past discussions about that point in the archives. CodemWiki (talk) 19:09, 30 May 2023 (UTC)
