Tavaneh (Persian: توانه, also Romanized as Tavāneh)[3] is a village in Garin Rural District of Zarrin Dasht District, Nahavand County, Hamadan province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,992 in 746 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,673 people in 751 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,397 people in 721 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
