  • Article is new enough and long enough. No paraphrasing issues; there's only so many ways to to describe a stopped M train. The article is written from NTSB reports and New York Times articles. Primary hook and ALT1 hook verified in sources. I've proposed ALT2, which is a tightening of the ALT1 and primary hooks. ALT2 will need a separate reviewer if it's chosen. QPQ done.
