The article is long enough and and new enough at the time of the nomination. A QPQ has been done, and the two hooks are mentioned in the article, cited inline, and interesting to a broad audience. I also did not find any close paraphrasing. I do think the wording could be somewhat improved, but that can be done during promotion to prep.
