• Although the cited source asserts this, the hook fact is not accurate. The book discusses door handles at some length, returning to them repeatedly, but there is no chapter devoted primarily to door handles. That just isn't the way the book is organized. One might ask "Did you know that Donald Norman's 1988 book The Design of Everyday Things makes such a memorable impression about door handles that one might think it was an entire chapter?"
