OSM node, e.g. Template:OSM node, is not implemented. Does anyone know the reason behind this? This would allow us to link to things like: http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/1766486405 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Snodnipper (talk • contribs) 14:52, 24 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks Andy. Is this documented anywhere? Whilst I accept that a single OSM node can be easily deleted, so too can a way or relation. Furthermore, I don't actually see this as being any different to any external URL, which of course can and do change. --Snodnipper (talk) 15:00, 24 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please could we create a corresponding template for nodes. For example:
@Snodnipper: You can use ((OSM|n|254815863)) which produces "254815863 OSM relation on OpenStreetMap" but I'll see about making ((osmnode)) Doodle77 (talk) 21:03, 2 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Doodle77: That would be great Snodnipper (talk) 16:48, 22 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Please use up-to-date HTTPS URLs for OSM relation links
This edit request has been answered. Set the |answered= or |ans= parameter to no to reactivate your request.
The purpose of this edit is to reduce the number of HTTP redirects and to provide increased privacy and security for users by using up-to-date HTTPS URLs for OSM relation links. In the template, please change each instance of http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/ (there are two instances) to https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/ instead. Thanks. --Elegie (talk) 07:00, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Done - I'm pretty sure you've made enough of these requests & sandboxed enough of them to qualify for TE. Cabayi (talk) 08:31, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
